Being part of central Manukau also means recognising our responsibility to the community around us.
Proximity Apartments has previously supported South Auckland families by making serviceable furniture from apartment refurbishments available to Iosis.
Beds, tables and chairs that were no longer required by the property were collected by Iosis social workers and provided to families in need. The initiative extended the useful life of the furniture while reducing unnecessary disposal and providing practical community support.
We continue to look for opportunities where responsible business practices can create a positive outcome for the environment and the communities around us.
